🚀 We’re Hiring – Machine Learning Engineer | Computer Vision 🕒 Full-Time · Onsite · Algorithm Team 🎯 Junior–Mid Level We’re looking for a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to join SkillReal’s Algorithm Team and work on training, testing, and improving Computer Vision models. 👍 What You’ll Do 🔹 Train, fine-tune, and evaluate Image Processing / Deep Learning models 🔹 Prepare, clean, and manage datasets for model training 🔹 Run experiments to evaluate model accuracy, stability, and performance 🔹 Analyze results and failure cases using Python 🔹 Manage annotation processes and ensure high data quality 🔹 Work closely with Algorithm and Product teams on continuous model improvement ✅ Requirements 🔹 B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field 🔹 1–3 years of relevant experience – strong graduates with hands-on ML projects may also be considered 🔹 Strong Python skills – mandatory 🔹 Hands-on experience in image processing – mandatory 🔹 Strong ownership and end-to-end responsibility – ability to understand requirements across Product, Algorithms, Sales, Testing, and Annotation teams, translate them into clear data and ML needs, and drive the process from requirements through execution, validation, and delivery. 🔹 Understanding of ML/DL training workflows, Train/Test/Validation and evaluation metrics 🔹 Experience working with datasets and data pipelines 🔹 Independent, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn ⭐ Advantage Experience with Computer Vision, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, Pandas/NumPy, annotation platforms, Git/Jupyter. 📩 Send us your CV or tag someone who could be a great fit!
