Try the HRAI assessment center: five minutes, honest measurement
The HRAI assessment center measures candidates in five modules and reports every score with a confidence band instead of a single confident number. The free five-minute taster runs two short sections, Compass and Momentum, and gives an instant report on screen and by email. No camera, no face analysis, and the results are yours only.

Why bands
What is a confidence band, and why does it matter?
Most online tests return one number, sure of itself. Real measurement knows how much it does not know, so every HRAI score comes with a band: a confidence interval.

The taster
What does the five-minute taster include?
Two sections · five minutes
Compass, then Momentum, then a report with bands
Compass: 8 statements about how you work (honesty-humility and conscientiousness)
Momentum: visual sequences that measure not what you know, but how fast you learn when you are taught
An instant report on screen and by email, with bands rather than a verdict
No. The report is sent to you only. If you later take a full assessment through an employer, that is a completely separate process with its own, separate consent.
Why are the bands in the report so wide?
Because an eight-item test knows little, and the report admits it rather than pretending otherwise. A full assessment has many times more items, so the band narrows. A vendor that returns a single number with no range is simply not telling you about the error.
I am a candidate who gets nervous before a real assessment. Will this help?
That is exactly why it exists. You see what the items look like and how the guided learning section works, and you get a report with no consequences at all. An assessment you already know is less stressful, and fairness only gains from that.
What is stored, and why?
The details you entered and the scores, so that we can send you the report and get back to you if you asked us to. Raw answers are kept only if you ticked the consent for calibration research, and they are used to build norms, never to make a decision about a candidate.
Is this a psychological assessment?
No. The taster is a first impression: there is no professional sign-off, no calibrated norms and no decision. In a full assessment, every report stays a draft until a psychologist signs it.
Which language does the assessment run in?
The five-minute taster runs in Hebrew. In full assessments the questionnaire language can be chosen per assessment from Hebrew, English, Arabic and Russian, where the company’s item bank has active items in that language; the built-in item bank is Hebrew. Momentum uses visual sequences and is designed to depend little on language.
