Why HRAI · HR management system for Israel

An HR management system that runs from the open role to the payroll department

HRAI is an HR management system that connects every step of employment in Israel: recruiting, the employment agreement signed on a phone, onboarding with a digital Form 101, attendance, shifts and tasks. It follows up, reminds and documents, and sends approved hours to your payroll department, so HR spends its time on people.

How it looks today

Why does HR feel like copy and paste between tools?

CVs everywhereIn email, in WhatsApp and on several job boards, with no single place to see every candidate.

How it works

What are the five stations from recruiting to day-to-day management?

Each station hands the next what is already known. You decide; the system takes care of the next step.

What passed through one station is available to every station after it. No detail is typed twice.

Entered once

How do the candidate's details fill the agreement, Form 101 and the file?

Details candidates give during recruiting move into the agreement, Form 101 and the employee file, and nobody types them again. So there are no two versions of the same person, and from there the data goes to the payroll department in its payroll system's format, for example Michpal or Shiklulit (TAMAL).

Screens from the system

What do the AI agreement review and hours by task look like?

AI review before the company signs

The AI flags what is strong in the agreement, what is unusual and what differs from the template. It is a support tool, not legal advice.

AI review of an employment agreement: strengths, weaknesses and unusual clauses

Hours by task, and a clock on the phone

Hours from the time clock are split across the tasks people actually worked on, so you see where the time went.

Hours and tasks: attendance against allocated hours, and the task timer on a phone

One hire, start to finish

What does the whole system look like, from the role to month end?

Follow one hire through HRAI in six steps: what the person does, and what the system does next without being asked.

  1. Step 1 · The role A role opens Published on a branded careers page with its own email address. Applications arrive in one queue, screened and ranked.
  2. Step 2 · The choice Interviews and a decision Every candidate gets an answer. The chosen candidate’s details are already on the card.
  3. Step 3 · The agreement Signed on a phone The agreement is built from the template and the agreed terms, approved under policy and signed with an SMS code.
  4. Step 4 · Onboarding The file opens by itself Once both sides have signed. Form 101 arrives pre-filled, in the employee’s language.
  5. Step 5 · Every day Clock in from a phone Portal, app, WhatsApp, NFC or QR. A manual fix needs another person’s approval.
  6. Step 6 · Month end A locked month to payroll Approved hours only, in the payroll department’s own import format.
Steps 3 and 6 are gates: nothing moves on until a person approves.

There is also a two-minute overview film with Hebrew narration and on-screen text: watch the Hebrew-language film.

Frequently asked

What people ask before they start

How is HRAI different from an attendance system or a recruiting system?

HRAI is one system for the whole path: recruiting, offer and agreement, onboarding and Form 101, attendance and payroll input, and tasks. The details given during recruiting fill the agreement, Form 101 and the employee file, so there are no separate tools to connect and no second copy of the same person.

Do we need to replace our payroll department or payroll system?

No. HRAI prepares attendance and hours data and sends it to your payroll department in the format it imports: as a file, over SFTP or through an API. The exact structure is checked with the payroll department once, during setup.

Do we have to move to the whole system at once?

No. Start with what is most urgent for you, whether that is recruiting, onboarding or attendance, and add modules when you are ready. Each module is switched on separately and connects to the same employee file.

What about employees who do not have a computer?

Everything employees need to do can be done from a phone and from WhatsApp: sign the agreement, fill in Form 101, clock in, request leave and ask questions. The portal saves to the home screen, and there is also an app for iOS and Android.

What will we see in a demo?

Take a real open role of yours and follow it all the way: an application from a phone, an agreement signed with an SMS code, onboarding and Form 101 opening by themselves, and a month that is locked and sent to the payroll department in its format. Thirty minutes, no slide deck.
